A Registration Fee of $25 is due upon enrollment for each student. If student discontinues lessons and returns within 12 months, original registration fee will be applied.
Single Lessons: Can only be booked one at a time and no more than 2 weeks in advance.
Single 30 min lesson = $40 No Guaranteed weekly recurring lesson/timeslot
Single 60 min lesson = $80 No Guaranteed weekly recurring lesson/timeslot
Recurring Lessons: Booked month to month on a weekly recurring basis
30 min monthly lessons = $155 Guaranteed weekly recurring lesson and timeslot
60 min monthly lessons = $310 Guaranteed weekly recurring lesson and timeslot
Payments for monthly recurring lessons will be due at least 1 week prior to the beginning of the monthly period. If payment is not received 24 hours before the first lesson of the month, the student’s time slot will be released and made available to other students. Once a student’s time slot is removed from the calendar, it is no longer reserved and we cannot guarantee future availability of that time slot.
Payments can be received as Debit, Credit, Check or Cash, (cash or check preferred). Please make checks payable to Adriana Zabala LLC. No partial payments will be accepted. You can now pay with a credit card through our website. www.azvoiceandmusicacademy.com by clicking the tuition tab.
A $40 fee will be charged in the event of a bounced check. All sales are final. No refunds.
Payment must be received before a student can be added on the calendar and before a lesson can be taught.
Time slots with instructors are booked on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to change your time slot, you can request a new time by emailing or calling the studio. If the instructor is booked during the student’s desired time slot, we can either assign student to another instructor or put student on their preferred instructor’s waiting list.
Absences and Make up lessons
24 hours notice must be given to the studio via phone (561) 225-1505 or email email@example.com to receive a make-up lesson. If notice is received less than 24 hours prior to the lesson, or if no notice is given, the lesson will be forfeited. (We are enforcing the 24 hour mark strictly as there have been misunderstandings that the night before at 11:59PM is considered 24 hours). Emergencies happen, but please note that same day notice of cancellation will not excuse payment obligations and a make up lesson will not be granted. If you know of upcoming scheduling conflicts due to school, extracurricular, and/or family commitments, please notify the studio as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of the parent/student to call and schedule make up lessons. Make up lessons will expire after 6 months or if the student discontinues lessons. Make up lessons can only be used by the student to which the make up lesson was issued. You may schedule a make-up lesson with any available instructor before the makeup lesson expires. Once a make up lesson is added to the calendar, it cannot be rescheduled. So, please make sure you are available the day you schedule any make up lesson, or wait to schedule your make up lesson until you are sure.
In the event that your instructor is absent a substitute instructor will be provided for that lesson with or without notice. If no instructor is available to substitute, a make-up lesson will be issued to the student.
Please note: Make up lessons cannot be used as payment/credit for future lessons. No make up lessons given for group lessons or single lessons.
Students are encouraged but not required to participate in scheduled, in-house recitals and community performances or venues. Recitals will be held regularly and are a wonderful way to practice performing. Recital registration is $30 per student and must be received before a student can sign up for the recital. (open seating and no ticket sales).
Rules of Conduct
Students are expected to behave in the same manner they would in any other educational setting. This includes respect for the facilities and the personal property of others and mutual respect for all students, instructors and personnel.
Students are expected to be on time. Lessons will end at the scheduled time regardless of the time of student’s arrival. If you are running late, please contact us so your instructor will know to wait for you. Otherwise, instructors will wait for a student for one third of the lesson time before the lesson is forfeited.
Withdrawal & Dismissal
It is a privilege, not a right to be a student of at the Adriana Zabala Voice & Music Academy. The Adriana Zabala Voice & Music Academy holds the right to deny business to students/families who are not respectful of studio policies. Students will be dismissed from the studio for nonpayment, lack of preparation and practice, missed lessons or behavioral issues. We ask that if you plan to discontinue lessons that you give other students an opportunity to schedule available time slots by providing a least 30 days notice.
Safety & Supervision
Students remain the responsibility of the parent/guardians at all times. Supervision will not be provided for students left alone before or after their lessons. Parents dropping off students at the lesson location and leaving do so at their own risk.
By signing below, I assume any and all responsibility for harm or injury which might occur to the student or anyone accompanying the student due to their or my own participation in any and all of the events and activities at Adriana Zabala LLC. I release Adriana Zabala LLC, and it’s agents, instructors, owners, successors, and assigns, from all liability, costs, and damages, which may occur or arise from participation in any and all activities. I provide consent for Adriana Zabala LLC to seek emergency treatment for the student or anyone present with the student if necessary. I agree to accept any and all financial responsibility for the costs related to any and all emergency and non-emergency treatment. I understand and agree to adhere to all policies at Adriana Zabala LLC. I understand that if my child/children or any other children under the age of 18 are accompanying me, that they are under my care and that I remain responsible and liable for them at all times. I understand that photographs and videos will be taken at Adriana Zabala LLC on and off location for performance and other day to day business. I understand that my, my children, or anyone in my party could be in photographs/videos and may be used in promotional material. I give my permission to Adriana Zabala LLC to use my child’s, my own, and anyone in my party’s photograph/video publicly to promote the studio. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
